Apparently rumours are that Vancouver will be trading down in the draft to dump a contract like Garland or Boeser. Chicago is believed to be involved in talks because they want to move up. Makes no sense imo you’d think they could easily trade one of them without giving up assets but alright, here’s my trade proposal.


To Calgary Flames :
11th Overall Selection in 2023 - VAN
RW - Conor Garland ( 4.95 @ 3 UFA )

To Vancouver Canucks :
16th Overall Selection in 2023 - CGY

@vbbbvvbb I think the same as well but apparently that's the rumour, you'd think they would have no problem trading Garland or Boeser away without sweeteners but idk.

Garland was unreal after the Canucks coaching change and Boeser lost his father last year so he had a lot of distractions bigger then hockey. Boeser would be calgarys best RW and garland is far better then Coleman who makes the same.

Actually the new rumor now is that VAN is looking to trade up to try and get M. Mitchkov and looking at MTL as a possible trade option.
