Not saying Hall is untradeable, but not for that. Dallas would need to trade their 1st this year, would be anywhere from 1-15. on top of that they would need a roster player from dallas, not suggesting any names. that would be closer, maybe add a third. Hall was a 1st overall pick, he won't leave easily
