Keith won't waive his NMC to go east.

I just thought NYI was the perfect place for Keith. Islanders love old defensemen and with Chara, Greene being UFAs. They need a defensemen

I actually like these trades.
Puljujarvi might rejuvenate his game while playing with Laine again.
I think Bean would help Oilers blue line. Especially for the offensive side. Getting the puck up the ice.
NYI are looking for left side defenceman to play with Dobson. Keith can help Dobson a lot.
Bellows I think has potential if given a chance.
Oilers signing Campbell is huge upgrade over Koskinen.

@muzza01 this is what my reasons would’ve been :)

I think Columbus would have to add a pick just because of Pulijarvi’s draft pedigree but good trades.

For whoever downvoted my comment that Keith won't wave to go east here's a quote from last year. Before he got traded to the oilers.

"One of the things that Chicago is doing is they are working with Keith now to try and facilitate a trade to either the Pacific Northwest or western Canada, " Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported during the second intermission of Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final.

He added: "Now we'll see where this goes, but Keith has family in western Canada and he'd like to go closer there. The Blackhawks are trying to work with him to get it done. "
