@meandme I don't think Lindholm would fit into the Flyers plans but Frost would be a really interesting pickup if the Flames acquired him.

@Nashan He is capable of a Top 4 D role though and you'd think trading him to a division rival would've gotten the Flames at least a 1st. Cap space gained is huge for the Flames but it kinda feels like an underwhelming return considering how well he's played this season. But maybe it's just me as a fan overrating one of more likeable personalities on the team.

@meandme just re-read what you said, my fault. Yeah, I could easily see the Flames being interested in Frost if and when the Flames trade Lindholm. Lindholm will be a very hot commodity and a lot of teams will be on him when he's made available according to Darren Dreger. Hopefully his offence gets better but his two-way game and low cap hit is highly attractive to a contender.

No Zandorov isn’t a capable top 4 d and never has been. He’d fit in no cup contenders top 4. He is a 5th dman that throws huge hits.

@VBB Zadorov was looking for around 4mil long term extension so if Van wants to pay him that then that’s their fault. His situation was similar to Toffoli, they both wanted long term deals and the Flames said no so they requested trades almost immediately after they didn’t get what they wanted lol

Toffoli is good and Zad is a good bottom pairing guy. Tanev is a solid top 4 dman but is 34 and injury prone.
