I'm not sure hischier is a#1c. Lindholm could possibly fill in better, but cgy shouldn't trade their 1c for a winger. I know laine is more valuable as a player, but Monahan is more valuable to flames. Also laine doesn't get moved to fill the 2c role unless a young d or winger comes back too.

That Gaudreau for Hischier and 7th OA might be the worst trade I’ve seen on here and that’s saying something.
