WPG: Roslovic, 3rd Round 2021
TB: Cirelli

Jets get a #2 C, Lightening can't afford Cirelli but get a cheaper option in Roslovic who could flourish on a stacked TB team plus an additional pick.

TB is in cap hell and will have to trade Cirelli for penny's on the dollar so I don't see the Jets helping them out except for an average prospect.

TB would likely want more, but if they can't get him signed with the cap they have, this would be a great deal for the Jets.

In all likelihood, TB will find a way to move some other pieces and re-sign Cirelli.

Not even close for one of the best 2 way forwards in the NHL.

Cirelli > Roslovic and 3rd

I still think Winnipeg would have to add more then a 3rd as Roslovic is far from the level Cirelli is at. Maybe a 2nd and a prospect would get it done.

Why would Tampa trade Cirelli? he's already one of the better defensive
forwards in the game. I know they already have a huge solid core, but I think Cirelli becomes an important part of that core., Johnson, Kilorn, Palat ( sorry, Triplets), would be moved before this guy.

That’s a good trade. Good for both teams. Especially TB cap space.
Probably is, is that we don’t really know how good Roslovic is or could be because Maurice won’t play him.

Problem is, is that we don’t know how good Roslovic is or could be because Maurice won’t play him.
Sorry for the mistake earlier post.

Lol I feel this post was created specifically to trigger me. I won't fall for it. You know it's bad when even VB knows its a rubbish proposal.
And @half the people responding something like "thats a good trade" etc., just one thing: Watch Cirelli play a few games, just do it. Then come back and dare say the same thing. Idiots.

I didn’t think Cirelli was this underrated. he has potential to be the next Patrice Bergeron.

Sosa, the reason people think Cirelli will be traded is because he doesn't have an NMC or NTC. The three players you list (Johnson, Palat and Killorn) all have NTC's. So, they can pretty much block a trade to any team that can afford them if they really want to.

However, the most likely outcome is that TB re-signs Cirelli and they find a way to move someone else even if they need to pay picks to do so.

I didn't realize the other 3 had a nice trade clause. thanks. I still don't see Tampa parting ways with Cirelli. I suppose anything is possible, I do know that the original offer posted on here would not do it.

Yes, I can't see TB moving Cirelli either, but it's nice to dream!

If it helps, Killorns NTC is limited the offseason, I think Johnson’s next offseason. Could accept a deal with the writing on the wall. It’ll be tough for Tampa to navigate the cap but I think they’ll find a way without giving up Cirelli.

Many, many others to go on TB before Cirelli does. For once, one of VBs exaggerations seems actually plausible, imo.
And even IF (! ) TB somehow was to trade Cirelli, I can 100% guarantee it will be for a much better return than Roslovic and a f'ing 3rd.
