OK I have not made a post for a while so here I go
TOR: JVR, Pitts 1st, gardiner, Harrington
ARI: 16' 1st (7), Dvorak,3rd
JVR+Pitts 1st=ARI 1st
Gardiner+Harrington =Dvorak+3rd

Ok i see people don't think it's enough and that toronto should not do it but
Toronto could add Washington's second and Arizona could add a conditional 4th becomes a 3rd if Dvorak plays more than 45 games next year

1.) RW would be nylander. Oilers are not trading away that pick however.
2.) You have to remember Edmonton has RNH so that could push mcEichel to the 2nd line where they could have a second line center and a first line RW

While I'd love JVR on the Bolts, Tampa says no. They drafted Drouin for a reason and keep on developing him slowly. They're so high on him, have to overpay to get him.
2.) Bernier is not untouchable. He has truly let us down he hasn't stole a game for us in a long time. He is too small imo. I'm not saying to give him away but if I could get Gibson+ or Lehner or Tampa's prospect Vas?+, I would be tempted. He has played well sometimes but so has Reimer. Nylander had a great world juniors he is a year younger than Domi and they had same point total , so he is untouchable, Reilly is going to b great as well.
3.) Funny thing is right now that is an over payment

Factoring in talent it isnt. Sure JVR is better right now. But ask that question again in 1- years. that's what its about.
Oh and Bernier for Vasilevski +? Not even close. Vasilevski stays. Regardless of what the offers are. He is one of the bots untouchables. Along with Stamkos obviously, Hedman, Johnson, Palat, Kucherov and Drouin.
5.) Why do people keep trying to trade Franson back to Nashville. And (maybe the bigger question) why do people think NSH will overpay for him?

It really all depends on who is initiating the trade. if Tampa wants JVR, then TO can set the price how they want. If TO wants Drouin, then it falls to Tampa.
IMO JVR is an overpayment for Drouin at the moment. You're right, in a few seasons maybe that changes. And that is factoring in talent.

@Adam: Great point. Whoever calls, is in the weaker position. But I don't think we have to discuss who would initiate the trade talks or at least who has way more reasons to do. Why would Tamoa go out and try to trade Drouin? Who they - as I said - kept a year in juniors to ensure great development.
And to your second sentence: You can't really say he's an overpayment for Drouin atm. As I said, he's the better player, but his trade value isn't higher IMO.
Because trade value clearly factors in potential. Especially if someone is trying to get a top prospect in opposite to if TB would try to trade Drouin. Which they for sure won't initiate.
8.) @Juice
Bc Nashville is one of the teams reportedly interested in him.
But this is not what a trade for Franson would look like.
9.) With Bernier playing sub sub par and being a restricted F/A. Leafs may ship him out if a good deal comes along
His play is not that of a stud number 1 goalie.
His asking price will 5-6 Million and that's to much for the leafs who already have a bunch of bad contracts
So don't be surprised if the leafs trade him in the summer I wont
After all they got him for next to nothing not like Scrivens or Frattin are lighting it up in the NHL
