Ii know there will be a lot of leafs fans on here id even suggest trading Cowan but I think this is fair value. Toronto desperately needs help on D and the fact they couldn't get anything for Marner means they need to bounce back with a win now trade or risk losing the 3 Atlantic spots to FLA, MTL, DET.

As for Calgary they get a nice offensive prospect that won't be ready for 1-2 years which fits if they are able to score a top 5 pick this year, they get someone younger to replace farabee which hasn't worked and then they upgrade a 3 to a 2
