Your “comparables” are ridiculous. Blues would otherwise match that for Pietro. Plus they don’t account for cap% and inflation.
Mind you, all of the proposal is ridiculous but this stuff stood out most on first glance.

The player type comparisons for contracts aren’t bad but the values are way off. How do you use Lowrys contract he signed 3 yrs ago and then make it 300k less?

And same with Hall. You’re using a contract that Connor signed with his own team as an RFA vs easily the best offensive player hitting open market. Age/ status should line up in comparisons.
