Why is that? Roslovic isn’t getting any real playing time with Maurice. So maybe he would be in Vegas. Schmidt is a really good offensive dman.

He’s playing 15 mins a game the majority of His shift starts are in the offensive zone and he gets power play time. Sounds like a guy who is getting plenty of opportunities.

I agree, it looks like he’s getting plenty of opportunity and being put in a position to succeed. Yet he has 26 goals over 3 seasons. If that’s the only piece you needed to move for an impact Dman, I think I would have done it.

However seeing that Schmidt went for only a 3rd, I guess Roslovic would maybe have been an overpay. RFAs was obviously very desperate.

Nate Schmidt is not worth his contract imo Vegas did well to get a 3rd with the current cap pinch.

Habby you’re very wrong Schimitd is a top pairing dman while not flash can log big minutes effectively and make very few mistakes.

I’m not wrong just because you say so Nylander. But I will admit I may have a slightly unpopular opinion on this. Things I know from my own observation is he’s quite possibly the softest so call top pairing dman in the league. also in my opinion he isn’t above average at either end of the ice .
