BB has gone on record he wants a #1 Goaltender and with Allen showing he can be a #1 why not try and pull a big trade like this, Pittsburgh gets there Goaltender and a young Centre back and Montreal gets the #1 Centre they desperately need.

I agree with you Colt, maybe even like a number one if you have another guy with his skill set as a number 2 . So like essentially with another solid back up he could possibly be number 1 but then it’s like you have 2 number one lol.

Allen would've looked good in Toronto next year with Campbell.

Idk if mtl does this. Malkin for price doesn't seem far off. Kotkaniemi for desmith seems not good for mtl. Probably danault as the center instead.
