think 2nd is too much, drop it to a conditional third (if lupul plays LESS than 55 games, becomes a 4th, if he does play 55+ Games, it stays a 3rd) and add something small from TOR, or retain some of lupuls salary

They wanted Gallagher for him, you think they are going to accept that. Although everyone says Emelin is horrible he's not that bad he's a good top 4 but I don't think they will accept that.

Not saying Hall had a good year obviously he didn't but Hall doubled Lupuls points in the same amount of games.

Better off keeping Lupul and moving him at the deadline for a 3rd and a bad expiring contract like Eric Brewer from last year.

obviously hall is a far superiour player, I didn't say that lupul is on the same level, my point was for chirp to call lupul an IR jockey means hall is too, but hall is worth any teams best young player, best propect and draft picks right? half a season and 45 points is great and all, but not ideal.

Totally agree with the guy who said Emelin isn't that bad. He's a decent top 4 . Subban . Markov. Petry and Emelin. That's a pretty decent top 4. if they get rid of a defenseman. Would rather see Gilbert gone.
