Well the 2nd would be a conditional 1st is what I meant. but you also get gusev and he’s signed past this year and will be solid when he gets used to The NHL. Primeau isn’t proven.

I don’t care how good hall is he’s a UFA no way any team considers giving a prospect as talented as Kotekneimi let alone adding Debatably the best goalie prospect in the game even if he’s resigned the devils aren’t in a position of strength everyone knows the devils are going to move him. Kuat, Timmons and 1st for Hall will probably be the deal.

Gusev isn’t doing very good is he? Is he really that big a deal when Hall is the obvious target? The trade could easily have not included him and the result would be the same.

If Montreal truly sees themselves as contenders, then this deal is about right. And Rangers would probably do it. But Montreal would really have to see themselves as contenders first. Do you think they are Stanley Cup finalist team?
